Human Resources Executive Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources with a focus on talent acquisition and development, performance management, employee relations, policy development, and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead recruitment processes, develop effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly. Implement strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
  • Design performance appraisal systems, provide guidance to managers on evaluations and feedback mechanisms. Enhance employee engagement through regular feedback.
  • Act as point of contact for grievances, resolve conflicts amicably. Promote positive work environment through engagement initiatives and conflict resolution techniques.
  • Draft, update, and enforce HR policies, ensure organizational compliance with labor laws. Develop and implement policies that support the organization's goals.
  • Identify training needs, coordinate professional development programs, monitor effectiveness. Provide coaching and mentoring opportunities to enhance employee skills.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and address related inquiries. Ensure timely and accurate processing of benefits claims.
  • Maintain and analyze HR data to inform decision-making, prepare regular reports on activities and outcomes. Utilize data analytics to drive business decisions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field. MBA or relevant certifications advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR roles, at least 2 years in senior or supervisory capacity.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and systems, strong command of MS Office Suite.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

  • In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in organizational development and change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments.
