
Customer Service Management Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, managing customer expectations, and handling complex inquiries and complaints.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and update customer service policies and procedures
- Manage customer expectations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer service initiatives
- Recruit, train, and conduct performance reviews of new staff members
Key Requirements:
- 2-4 years of managerial experience in a dynamic environment
- A high level of conversational English proficiency
- Strong team building and result-oriented skills
