Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update customer service policies and procedures
  • Manage customer expectations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer service initiatives
  • Recruit, train, and conduct performance reviews of new staff members

Key Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of managerial experience in a dynamic environment
  • A high level of conversational English proficiency
  • Strong team building and result-oriented skills
