Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in network administration and management. The System Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's computer networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain all network servers and devices.
  • Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and Intranet systems.
  • Administer Active Directory services to ensure secure access to company resources.
  • Provide desktop support and troubleshooting for Windows, Mac, and Linux systems.
  • Perform routine network maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement system backup procedures to prevent data loss.
  • Monitor network usage and traffic patterns to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations and security protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  2. 1-3 years of experience with configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft platforms, including current Windows Servers.
  3. Strong knowledge of switches, routers, and firewalls, as well as current network hardware, protocols, and security standards.
  4. Experience in developing network strategies, capacity planning, and selecting network hardware.
  5. Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and managing virtual machines.
