Assembly Line Design and Optimization Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Line Design and Optimization Expert to join our team. As an ideal candidate, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and proven experience in automotive manufacturing engineering.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and optimizing assembly lines to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure that all vehicles meet or exceed quality standards.
- Collaborating with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality components and materials.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring operational excellence.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
In addition, proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools is required.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in automotive manufacturing engineering or a related role.
Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.
Familiarity with automotive quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Project management experience is preferred.
