Job Title: Payroll and Provident Funds Administrator

We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team in managing the processing of payroll and employee benefits.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll for all employees across various entities.
  • Manage payroll systems, including addition and deletion of staff, ensuring changes are reflected accurately and timely.
  • Process loan and advance requests of staff in accordance with company policies and internal guidelines.
  • Oversee exit formalities for departing employees, including final settlements and necessary accounting and finance documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations regarding income tax, SESSI, PESSI, EOBI, and professional tax.
  • Prepare and submit returns for SESSI, PESSI, and EOBI, ensuring timely compliance with government regulations.
  • Ensure timely submission of tax and other statutory deductions to the government treasury.
  • Handle company provident funds, including addition, deletion, and profit allocation for members.
  • Process loan applications, temporary withdrawals, and permanent withdrawal requests from provident fund members.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate external audit of provident funds, ensuring necessary documentation and information is prepared and available.
  • Facilitate preparation and review of provident funds tax returns, ensuring accurate and timely filing of relevant tax documentation.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations related to payroll and employee benefits.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external auditors. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
