Job Title: Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that meet business requirements.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

  • You will develop and customize Salesforce solutions using various tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and design effective solutions.
  • Built custom applications, triggers, and integrations in Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Omni-Channel features to enhance customer communication and experience.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues within the Salesforce environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other platforms and third-party applications.
  • Maintain Salesforce applications according to industry best practices and security protocols.
  • Perform system upgrades, data migration, and routine maintenance tasks.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience working with Salesforce development.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel, Service Cloud, and related tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs for integrations.
  • Experience with declarative development tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I or II) Certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) for UI design.
