Zedsource is a leading provider of US Cable Internet & Home Security solutions, and we're seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Executive to drive revenue growth in Lahore. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in expanding our customer base and increasing sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Call Handling - Effectively handle inbound calls, converting leads into successful sales transactions through expert product knowledge and communication skills.
  2. Product Education - Clearly explain our premium products and services to customers, empowering them to make informed purchasing decisions.

Requirements:

  • Experience - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in US Cable Internet & Home Security sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Communication Skills - Strong English language skills, both written and spoken, with a persuasive sales approach.
  • Goal-Oriented Mindset - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a strong focus on achieving sales objectives.
  • Time Management - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple leads and meet deadlines.
