We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and converting them into sales. Key Responsibilities:
  1. New Business Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  2. Lead Conversion and Sales: Convert generated leads into sales through inbound calls and negotiations.
  3. Relationship Building with Customers: Build strong relationships with customers and proactively follow up with them to ensure their needs are met.
  4. Meeting Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets, and report on progress to senior management.
Eligibility Criteria & Details:
  1. Experience in Sales: At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in US Cable Internet and Mobility Sales.
  2. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  3. English Proficiency: Proficiency in English Speaking.
  4. Crm Software Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  5. Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  6. Availability to Work Night Shifts: Flexible to work night shifts on a permanent basis, i.e., 9:00 Pm - 6:00 Am (Mon-Fri)
  7. Salary: Rs up to 250,000 per month ( Basic Salary Upto 120k Rs with uncapped commission)
  8. Transport Facility: Company-provided transport facility for Females
