We are looking for a skilled Inbound Sales Representative to join our team at Telelinkz Pvt. Ltd. As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and converting them into sales.

You will be working closely with our customer-facing teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded. To succeed in this role, you will need to have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and interests.
  • Educate customers about our products or services, and provide them with the information they need to make informed purchase decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and proactively follow up with them to ensure their needs are met.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, and report on progress to senior management.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in US Cable Internet and Mobility Sales.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Proficiency in English Speaking.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts on a permanent basis, i.e., 9:00 Pm - 6:00 Am (Mon-Fri)
