Job Description

AlamsTech Dynamics is hiring a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage the company's digital presence across all key platforms. This role requires expertise in content-driven digital strategies, with a strong track record of growing and engaging audiences on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other social media channels.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior marketing professional to drive revenue growth and client engagement through innovative digital marketing strategies and leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a proven success in managing high-performing YouTube and TikTok channels, deep understanding of platform algorithms, audience behavior and content trends, and experience in running ads, boosting content and audience targeting on Meta, TikTok and Google platforms.

They should be proficient with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and content scheduling platforms, possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, and prior experience with a media house, content platform or entertainment brand is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company vision and audience.
  • Lead the growth and optimization of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other key platforms.
  • Oversee content planning, publishing schedules and performance analytics.
  • Drive organic and paid campaigns to boost reach, engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
  • Analyze channel performance using tools like YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics and others.
  • Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes and platform innovations to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Lead a team of digital executives and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on media content platforms.
  • Proven success in managing high-performing YouTube and TikTok channels.
  • Deep understanding of platform algorithms, audience behavior and content trends.
  • Experience in running ads, boosting content and audience targeting on Meta, TikTok and Google platforms.
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and content scheduling platforms.
  • Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience with a media house, content platform or entertainment brand is highly desirable.
