Regional Sales Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing regional sales team and developing strategies to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of growing market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition and inform sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize sales processes and improve productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of experience in the Medical Devices industry.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
