Team Lead – Sales

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan (Onsite – Gulberg Greens)

Office Timings: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead – Sales to join our team in Islamabad (Gulberg Greens, onsite). The ideal candidate should have 6–7 years of proven experience in the Gulf market, strong B2B and B2C sales expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate with clients confidently in English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Gulf market.
  • Drive both B2B and B2C sales initiatives to expand market presence.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Requirements

  • 6–7 years of sales experience in the Gulf market (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in both B2B and B2C sales.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or team management role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of Arabic with a clear Arabic accent (preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
