Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Team Lead/Sales Department Supervisor with 6-7 years of proven experience in sales, including 3-5 years of experience leading a sales team with proven results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both B2B and B2C international sales, with a particular emphasis on the Gulf region. You should have excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to lead and manage diverse sales campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and performance targets.
- Drive international sales (B2B & B2C), focusing on the Gulf region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, ensuring targets are met.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance using CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns and oversee client outreach initiatives.
- Lead diverse campaigns, managing deadlines, and handling pressure effectively.
- Ability to train and mentor sales teams and new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
Required Qualifications:
- 6-7 years of experience in sales, with 3-5 years leading a sales team with proven results in achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong experience in international sales (B2B & B2C).
- Prior experience working with Gulf-region clients is a major plus.
- Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree is must.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance.
- Clear, professional English accent (Arabic language skills are a plus).
- Experience with telemarketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Arabic language proficiency is a Plus
- Proven experience leading sales teams to achieve results.
