Job Description:

This position is responsible for implementing a comprehensive factory health and safety management system. The successful candidate will assess risks, develop solutions, and cultivate a culture of responsibility among team members to ensure compliance with all relevant standards, obligations, rules, and regulations.

Key responsibilities include developing a strategic plan for factory HSE management, ensuring effective implementation of essential systems, and maintaining regular communication with management on progress.

The role also involves identifying and eliminating hazards at the source, conducting EOSH risk assessments, and controlling hazards through appropriate controls.

Furthermore, this position entails ensuring inventory and testing of personal protective equipment (PPE), conducting studies compliant with local legislation, and maintaining ISO certifications.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing HSE projects and cultural programs, monitoring progress, and suggesting improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and very limited work-based experience are preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.
