This position is responsible for implementing factory Environment, Occupational Health and Safety (HSE) policy by assessing HSE risks and providing technical solutions. Along with effective implementation of the HSE policy, this position requires nurturing a culture where everyone identifies HSE as their responsibility, thereby complying with all CCI and TCC HSE standards, obligations, rules, and regulations.

Main Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities: Develop the overall plan for factory HSE management system, ensuring all essential HSE management systems are implemented according to CCI & TCCC requirements across the factory. Maintain effective monitoring and measuring of these systems to gauge effectiveness. Regularly update management on progress. Take measures to eliminate hazards at the source based on job and workplace characteristics, including assessments and recommendations involving employee input. Conduct or participate in EOSH risk assessments with employees and line management, controlling hazards with appropriate controls, and updating risk assessments periodically. Plan and execute controls, maintenance, and measurements in the workplace with respect to HSE. Ensure inventory and testing of personal protective equipment (PPE). Conduct studies compliant with local legislation and TCC KORE requirements. Maintain ISO certifications (ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Follow up on safety and environmental analyses and permissions from government agencies, and liaise with legal authorities. Lead and implement HSE projects and cultural programs, monitoring progress and suggesting improvements. Provide technical support for regulatory compliance in Safety, Health, and Environment, aiming for at least 85% Safety Maturity Index. Ensure all equipment, tools, and plants meet EOSH standards. Ensure third-party contractors comply with EOSH policies. Prevent fire and explosion risks, manage fire protection activities, and conduct drills. Participate in occupational health, safety, and environment committee meetings, sharing analysis and suggestions. Investigate accidents and near misses, analyzing trends and developing action plans. Collaborate with the Workplace Health Unit to evaluate workplace health status. Develop and conduct EOSH training programs to foster a safety culture. Follow policies and procedures to mitigate environmental risks and promote wellbeing, addressing risky behaviors within the team.
