- Oversee day-to-day production and packing operations, prioritizing efficiency and productivity at all times.
- Perform any assigned task related to the job as per management requirements and circumstances.
- Able to quickly grasp company standards and protocols.
- Effectively manage complex projects and their maintenance to ensure seamless execution.
- Demonstrate exceptional time management skills, meeting deadlines and delivering results consistently.
- Able to optimize labor and workforce allocation effectively, maximizing resource utilization.
- Communicate accurate project status to managers, enabling informed decision-making.
