Digital Marketing Supervisor Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Supervisor to oversee our company's online marketing efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, analytical capabilities, and hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns.

The successful candidate will guide a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. They will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns.
  • Marketing Proposals: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing proposals.
  • Presentation Development: Design professional presentations to support proposals and campaign results.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketers.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics and create detailed reports.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Project Management: Oversee ongoing projects and initiate new ones.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, including 2 years in a senior role.
  • Proficiency in various digital marketing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management tools.
  • Advanced skills in presentation tools.
  • Excellent English communication and storytelling skills.
  • Leadership abilities to inspire and manage a team effectively.
