Key Responsibilities

  1. Schedule Management: Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure seamless coordination and timely follow-up.
  2. Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including drafting agendas, preparing minutes, and ensuring effective follow-up on action items.
  3. Confidentiality: Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  4. HR Support: Provide HR support as needed, including assisting with employee inquiries and resolving any related issues.
  5. Household Matters: Assist with household matters as required, ensuring the CEO's personal life remains organized and stress-free.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and able to multitask effectively, and possess a strong ability to build relationships and establish trust with others.
