Financial Operations Specialist

As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions. This is a full-time role that requires an Account Officer to work closely with other teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field. They should possess thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, as well as experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks and Xero.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts
  • Process accounting and shipment invoices
  • Perform daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering calls and emails

In addition to the above responsibilities, the Account Officer will also be expected to:

  • Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks and Xero
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
