About the Role

The Software Director will oversee the development and implementation of software solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Oversight: Identify, track, manage, and resolve project issues, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables.
  2. Communication: Proactively disseminate project information to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and collaboration.
  3. Risk Management: Identify, manage, and mitigate project risk, minimizing potential threats and opportunities.
  4. Solution Delivery: Ensure that solutions meet acceptable quality standards, meeting customer and business expectations.
  5. Scope Governance: Proactively manage scope to ensure only agreed-upon work is delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management.
  6. Performance Metrics: Define and collect metrics to gauge project progress and acceptability of deliverables.
  7. Work Plan Coordination: Oversee the overall work plan, assigning and completing tasks on time and within established parameters.
