We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Advocate to join our team at Ibex Dynamics.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements- Must have completed Matriculation and Intermediate education.
- Graduates and postgraduates with relevant experience are preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer care services is required.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle client calls or text messages.
- Previous call center experience is beneficial.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to manage assigned tasks from the team leader.
- Proficiency in linguistic skills, with English as the primary language.
- A positive attitude and good sense of humor to understand market dynamics.
Flexible working hours are offered, catering to various schedules:
Schedule Options- Morning Timing: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Evening Timing: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Night Timing: 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM
