About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Advocate to join our team at Ibex Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements
  • Must have completed Matriculation and Intermediate education.
  • Graduates and postgraduates with relevant experience are preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer care services is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle client calls or text messages.
  • Previous call center experience is beneficial.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to manage assigned tasks from the team leader.
  • Proficiency in linguistic skills, with English as the primary language.
  • A positive attitude and good sense of humor to understand market dynamics.
