Job Opportunity in Plant Genetics
Are you a motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for plant genetics? We are seeking a highly qualified MS/MPhil scholar to join our research team as an MS/MPhil Studentship. This exciting opportunity will enable you to contribute to the development of a genetic transformation system for herbicide tolerance in mung bean.
About the Project:
We are working on a Higher Education Commission-funded project entitled "Developing mung bean (Vigna radiata L.) genetic transformation system for herbicide tolerance targeting CP4-EPSPS gene". Our goal is to create a sustainable and environmentally friendly approach to crop improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and experiments under the supervision of a principal investigator.
- Analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Assist in the development of new technologies and techniques.
Requirements:
- You must be an enrolled MS/MPhil scholar in the Discipline of Botany.
- Relevant experience will be preferred but not required.
