As a seasoned DevOps professional, you will take on the role of leading our critical infrastructure at scale.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a DevOps Team Lead and contribute your expertise in GCP, cybersecurity, CI/CD, high availability architecture, and cloud-native networking.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of skilled engineers
  • Drive best practices, reviews, incident response, and system reliability initiatives
  • Foster a culture of security and ownership within the team
Cloud & On-Prem Infrastructure:
  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable systems across GCP and on-prem environments using Terraform, Helm, and IaC
  • Develop disaster recovery strategies with clear RTO/RPO targets
  • Implement automation tools such as Python, Bash, or Go for ops efficiency
CI/CD & Automation:
  • Develop and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines for microservices and monoliths
  • Integrate DevSecOps throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall system reliability
Security & Compliance:
  • Manage network security, gateways, APIs, proxies, and service meshes
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
Monitoring & Incident Management:
  • Implement and manage observability solutions
  • Lead 24/7 incident response and root cause analysis efforts
  • Monitor and improve SLAs, SLOs, and system reliability metrics
Cross-Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with dev, QA, security, and product teams to drive innovation
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the organization
