Finance Leadership Opportunity

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee financial activities including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely submission.
  2. Develop and implement robust internal control mechanisms to ensure the effective management of hospital budgets and actual expenditures.
  3. Lead the annual budgeting and planning process, administering and reviewing all financial plans and their actual results. Prepare reports and suggest corrective measures accordingly.
  4. Monitor and analyze financial performance with the approved annual budget and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; monitor budget consumption and changes and keep senior leadership abreast of the budget status.
  5. Manage organizational cash flow forecasting and feasibilities by working in partnership with hospital heads.
  6. Ensure timely payments in accordance with SOPs and compliance with taxation laws and other regulators.
  7. Prepare aging analysis of payables and advances and manage timely settlement.
  8. Submit withholding tax statements as per FBR timelines and clear tax ledgers monthly.
  9. Provide timely and efficient support to patients, doctors, and administration at all sites through site finance offices.
  10. Ensure SAP S4 – HANA finance module (FICO, FM) functions properly and as per defined SOPs.
  11. Lead the automation of financial and operational data/information of hospitals.
  12. Prepare and monitor weekly/monthly/quarterly management reports of the hospitals.
