Affiliate Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners and networks.

You will identify and recruit new affiliates in relevant verticals, track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with content, design, and product teams to support campaigns and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and affiliate terms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners and networks.
  • Identify and recruit new affiliates in relevant verticals.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to support campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and affiliate terms.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing affiliate programs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
