Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled control systems specialist to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and proposing automation solutions tailored to customer requirements.

As a control systems specialist, you will work on high-impact projects across various industries. Your expertise will help shape automation outcomes that prioritize performance, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review customer requirements and ensure design solutions meet those needs.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of PLC / DCS-based control systems and SCADA systems.
  • Estimate costs for brown field jobs and develop project execution plans.
  • Provide sales support for compliance of proposals against customer requirements.
  • Coordinate proposal-related tasks with the sales team.
  • Develop standard procedures and write high-level execution philosophies.
  • Design optimal control system architectures with knowledge of network protocols.
  • Ensure quality of product solutions meets customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master Degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of work experience in engineering or technical sales.
  • Knowledge of field instrumentation selections and cost-optimized solution designs.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen business development skills and ability to negotiate prices with vendors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
