Join us as an AI Automation Specialist to accelerate product development and reduce time-to-market across multiple projects. As a key member of our engineering team, you will identify automation opportunities, design and implement automated pipelines, and create custom tools using cutting-edge technologies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, implement standardized automation solutions, and train team members on AI tools and automation processes.

Responsibilities
  • Identify automation opportunities and prioritize them based on impact and feasibility
  • Design and implement automated pipelines for common development tasks, including code review, testing, database migrations, and deployment processes
  • Create custom tools using NestJS, Python, Node.js, and relevant frameworks to automate repetitive tasks across projects
  • Work across multiple concurrent projects to implement standardized automation solutions that can be reused and scaled
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in fast-paced startup environments with demonstrated ability to wear multiple hats and adapt quickly
  • Strong experience with AI APIs, prompt engineering, and implementing AI solutions in production environments
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/Node.js, and shell scripting with experience in rapid development and deployment
  • Experience with automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or DigitalOcean)
  • Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases for building data-driven automation solutions
  • Proven track record of integrating multiple third-party APIs and services quickly and efficiently
