Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Professional to fill our DevOps Engineer position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as per contract.
  • Take the lead on urgent issues and projects, communicating statuses and assigning necessary staffing resources.
  • Develop and implement thorough process methodologies and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with development engineering to create and deploy Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) infrastructure.
  • Automate deployment of Linux applications, system configurations, and security settings.
  • Deploy and support applications in cloud environments.
  • Ensure infrastructure security, focusing on environment reliability, scalability, and automation.
  • Provide direct server support during deployment and production operations.
  • Work with developers to ensure new environments meet requirements and adhere to best practices.
  • Design, implement, and test agreed-upon infrastructures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the professional industry with relevant skills.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tooling.
  • Proficiency in server virtualization techniques, data center requirements, and open-source tools like Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Chef, and Terraform.
  • Experience with infrastructure tools, such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, including Azure, GCP, or AWS.
  • Basic scripting experience in languages like Python, Ruby, Bash, and Powershell.
  • Knowledge of Linux distributions, including RHEL 8, CentOS, Ubuntu, and Amazon Linux.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
