
Payroll Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Process end-to-end payroll for employees using ADP (Workforce Now/Run/Enterprise or other ADP platforms) with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local payroll laws and best practices, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data, including new hires, terminations, transfers, and compensation changes, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Handle payroll tax filings, year-end processing, W-2/1099 issuance, and reconciliation, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing clear explanations and solutions.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure alignment on employee data, benefits, and deductions, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
- Prepare payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders, presenting complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in payroll processes, regulations, and reporting, with direct experience using ADP systems. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred, along with 3+ years of payroll processing experience and prior experience processing U.S. payroll.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience, with direct experience using ADP systems.
- Prior experience processing U.S. payroll is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws in the U.S.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
