We are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations using ADP platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage payroll processing from start to finish, utilizing ADP (Workforce Now/Run/Enterprise or other ADP platforms), while prioritizing accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, staying informed about updates and changes.
  3. Maintain precise payroll records and employee data, including additions, deletions, and modifications, while preserving confidentiality.
  4. Administer payroll taxes, year-end procedures, W-2/1099 distributions, and reconciliations efficiently and accurately.
  5. Tackle payroll discrepancies and address employee queries promptly and professionally, providing clear resolutions.
  6. Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to synchronize employee information, benefits, and deductions.
  7. Generate detailed payroll reports for both internal and external stakeholders, conveying complex data clearly.
  8. Verify adherence to organizational policies and external regulations.

A successful candidate should have extensive experience in payroll management, regulation, and reporting, with hands-on expertise in using ADP software. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a similar field, as well as 3+ years of relevant experience and proven experience in U.S. payroll processing.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (desired).
  2. 3+ years of experience managing payroll operations, with ADP platform proficiency.
  3. Prior experience handling U.S. payroll is greatly valued.
  4. Familiarity with U.S. tax laws and regulations.
  5. Expertise in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  6. Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  7. High-level organizational abilities and the capacity to keep confidential information secure.
