Job Title: Senior Merchandiser - Marketing Specialist

 

Job Description:

This dynamic position requires an accomplished professional to lead our Knitted Garments division. As a senior merchandiser-marketing specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering high-quality products on time.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, ensuring efficient delivery of products from scratch to shipment
  2. Identify and develop new business opportunities, promoting our brand with existing and prospective buyers
  3. Maintain and expand our existing customer base while acquiring new customers
  4. Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely deliveries of orders, streamlining logistics and improving supply chain efficiency
  5. Work closely with the planning manager to determine optimal delivery schedules and production sequences
  6. Possess in-depth knowledge of fabrics, yarns, trims, and accessories, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  7. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with buyers, both domestically and internationally
  8. Prepare detailed costing reports and pricing strategies for knit garments, ensuring accurate financial projections
  9. Perform market analysis, sales forecasting, and explore new markets and buyers to enhance business growth
  10. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness, drive sales revenue, and expand our market presence
  11. Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of emerging trends and opportunities in the global market
  12. Develop and refine marketing plans, segment target markets, and identify key buyers, ultimately enhancing our buyer portfolio and approach planning
  13. Create long-term business plans focused on capacity expansion, cost reduction, and improved on-time delivery
  14. Negotiate prices, arrange buying meetings, and conduct cost analysis to ensure optimal profitability
  15. Drive product development, analyze trends, forecast fashion directions, and source sustainable materials that meet buyer and company requirements
  16. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring seamless production processes, timely deliveries, and maintaining the highest quality standards
