Financial Management Position

The Manager - Accounts plays a critical role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This position requires strong leadership and analytical skills, with expertise in accounting standards and software.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the accounting team, maintaining general ledger, and preparing financial statements. You will also oversee cash flow, banking, and investment activities, as well as handle statutory audits and internal controls.

To succeed in this position, you must have a Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, with 5+ years of experience in core accounting roles, including 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity. You should be proficient in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks, and have excellent MS Excel and reporting skills.
