We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to drive strategic growth across our core service domains—Cybersecurity, Automation, and IT Managed Services.

About the Role

This high-impact, client-facing position requires consultative sales expertise, technical fluency, and strong business acumen. As a Business Development Professional, you will independently drive services and solutions opportunities to successful closure.

  • Lead bid responses, tenders, and RFPs in collaboration with teams to submit timely proposals.
  • Grow strategic relationships with clients across multiple industries, including BFSI, Enterprise & Corporate, Public Sector, Healthcare, Education, Oil & Gas, and Pharmaceutical.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  1. Positioning and selling complex service solutions in Cybersecurity (VAPT, Digital Forensics, Governance Risk & Compliance), Automation (DevOps, DevSecOps, Bespoke Consulting), and Managed Services (End-to-End IT HelpDesk, Network Operations Center, Security Operations Center).
  2. Driving proactive account planning and pipeline development to ensure revenue growth.
  3. Collaborating cross-functionally with solution architects, technical pre-sales, and delivery teams to tailor solutions addressing client pain points.
  4. Presenting complex value propositions to CXO-level stakeholders and negotiating enterprise-grade contracts.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. An MBA is advantageous.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of B2B solution selling experience in one or more of the following domains: Cybersecurity, Automation, or IT Managed Services.
  • Strong existing relationships with clients across multiple industries.
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts and close high-value service contracts.

Preferred Attributes

Candidates with industry certifications such as PMP, Sales Certifications, CISSP, CISM, CEH, DevOps Foundation, or ITIL are advantageous. Additionally, prior experience and relationships with CXOs in BFSI, Telecom, Energy, Education, Healthcare, Pharma, Government, or Large Enterprises are highly valued.
