
Strategic Growth Specialist

This role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting sales teams.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify potential markets, industries, and clients that align with our goals.
- Pursue new leads through outreach efforts.
- Qualify leads based on criteria set by the sales team, ensuring they are a good fit for our services.
- Follow up on open opportunities to drive new awards across all sites.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, including outreach metrics, pipeline growth, and new clients identified.
- Support the management of the sales pipeline by tracking the status of leads, opportunities, and deals in CRM tools.
- Draft comprehensive CVs of Principle Investigators for sharing with sponsors and CROs.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to ensure timely delivery of information necessary to win trial opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Certification in Sales or Business Development (e.g Sandler training, LinkedIn Sales Navigator certification). Preferred not required.
You should also possess:
- Strong time management skills resulting in the completion of all deliverables within required timelines.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Document Management Systems).
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams and in close collaboration with others.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision from management.
- Regular and punctual attendance.
