Job Description:

A Strategic Growth Partner is responsible for enhancing an organization's market position and driving financial growth. They work closely with stakeholders to define long-term strategic goals, build key relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate deals, and stay abreast of current market conditions.

This role involves working in a senior sales capacity within the company, fostering a deep understanding of the organization's objectives and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
  • Develop persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the organization.
  • Foster strong relationships with new clients, set targets for sales, and provide ongoing support to continually improve the relationship.
New Business Development:
  • Identify potential clients and decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the organization's leaders/principals.
  • Participate in pricing solutions/services.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Present an image that mirrors that of the client.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BBA) with 1-2 years of work experience in IT Services, Web Development, or Web Application.
