The role of Retail Distribution Manager involves leading a team to drive sales growth and profitability through strategic planning, customer engagement, and efficient logistics.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze sales data and operational records to identify trends, project revenue, and determine areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with store managers to set sales targets, monitor performance, and develop plans to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Identify opportunities to optimize distribution costs and improve efficiency within allocated budgets.
- Evaluate sales performance and formulate corporate commercial plans to meet business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high levels of productivity and quality.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure optimal pricing and bulk distribution solutions.
- Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer demands and exceed expectations.
A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is preferred. A proven track record in sales management, logistics, or a related field is essential for success in this role.
