About Freight and Logistics Sales Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Freight and Logistics Sales Representative. This is a unique opportunity to work with top clients in the industry and drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets, including outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with carriers, owner-operators, and freight brokers.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the logistics industry, understanding their pain points and tailoring solutions to meet their operational and financial needs.
  • Closing Deals: Qualify prospects, identify decision-makers, and move deals through the funnel, accurately maintaining CRM activity and reporting on pipeline progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to shape messaging, lead quality, and conversion, ensuring seamless integration of sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–3 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in trucking, fleet management, logistics tech, or freight factoring.
  • Skill Set: Strong phone presence, ability to simplify complex solutions for busy operators, proven track record of hitting and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets, familiarity with industry tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, or similar.
  • Personal Qualities: Grit, curiosity, sharp sense of how to build rapport in a transactional sales cycle, willingness to operate US hours and adapt in a fast-moving, metric-driven environment.
