Service Delivery Lead Middle East Africa

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Lead to lead and optimize end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations across the Middle East and Africa region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence through analytics, performance assessments, and continuous improvement. They will ensure service delivery meets business expectations, compliance standards, and supports strategic procurement and finance goals.

  • Manage P2P service delivery across the assigned region, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to global standards.
  • Oversee purchase requisitioning, PO creation, goods receipt, invoice processing, and payments to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key P2P KPIs (Purchase Order compliance, invoicing issues, BI dashboard development, long standing balances etc.). Use insights to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly service reviews, identify performance gaps, and drive targeted improvement plans.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional business, procurement, and finance stakeholders to resolve issues and align on process enhancements.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 7-8 years experience in finance operations preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Supervisor/Manager experience required and strong team player
  • Knowledge of accounting treatment and basic taxation
  • Good understanding of controls and compliance requirements
  • Ability to effectively manage time and resources against agreed deadlines for AP activities
  • Strong stakeholder management
