Job Opportunity

The IT Service Desk is accountable for delivering round-the-clock assistance to internal users and external clients. The IT Help desk Specialist will provide technical support to internal, external users and clients as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver first-level support to all clients and internal users' inquiries, and resolve requests according to agreed service level agreements.
  • Conduct training sessions with staff and clients on RIS and corporate applications, and assist with product demonstrations to clients.
  • Manage service requests in the service management system, and handle user requests via online portals, calls, and emails.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and project requests, updating supervisors and management about critical IT issues and incidents.
  • Maintain up-to-date status of all operational support and project tickets in service desk software, and provide regular updates to supervisors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as an IT help desk support specialist, delivering support to international clients and remote users. Knowledge of ITIL best practices is desirable.
  • Apply analytical thinking when solving complex problems, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, and work effectively as a member of a remote team environment.
  • Utilize effective time management, multi-tasking, and customer service skills to excel in this role.
