Job Summary

This role involves managing the HR department, developing and implementing strategies to align with the company's overall goals.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including advertising job vacancies, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Oversee employee performance evaluations and implement performance management systems.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, including mediating conflicts and resolving workplace issues.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a healthy work environment.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role for at least 5 years.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
