Call Center HR Manager Role

This is a critical position that requires expertise in human resources management, specifically in a call center environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement HR strategies to support the call center's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for call center employees, focusing on customer service, technical skills, and onboarding.
  • Evaluate employee performance to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including benefits and scheduling information.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, as well as company policies and regulations.
  • Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Foster positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a call center environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including FLSA, FMLA, and ADA.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and other HR-related software.
  8. Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
