  • Mentorship: Mentor 15–20 students under the institutional mentoring program, helping them navigate their academic journey and build valuable relationships within the academic community.
  • Departmental Contributions: Contribute to academic planning, departmental committees, and quality assurance initiatives, ensuring that our programs remain relevant and effective.
