
Client Portfolio Lead

The primary point of contact for clients, responsible for managing all aspects of client relationships, ensuring timely updates and responses across all campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage internal operations of the client across all campaigns with internal teams including design, animation, media, PR, IM, community teams if required.
- Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements, understanding brief documents and debriefing with relevant teams at the agency.
- Take ownership of client portfolio business as the main client-facing account lead.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution from brief to final rollout, including idea generation, content calendar alignment, approvals, and deployment.
- Ensure consistency of tone, brand voice, and creative aesthetics across all platforms as per the client's guidelines.
- Manage a seamless system of final approved output based on client's requirements, post revisions/modifications for everything from the client.
- Publish/digitally post all organic feed content/posts/stories/reels on all platforms as scheduled and mandated by the client.
- Create always-on calendars, campaign plan presentations incorporating help from design, IM/PR team.
- Own the complete end-to-end reporting process for the client and drive the reporting as mandated by the client.
- Present campaign ideas and presentations to the client as per their requirements and plans.
- Work closely with media planning teams to sync organic and paid social strategies for maximum performance.
- Coordinate with PR and influencer teams to ensure integrated campaign messaging and narrative alignment.
- Lead, monitor, and make necessary arrangements for seamless execution of all committed deliverables from the agency on client events including shoots, live-sessions, special day productions.
- Ensure end-to-end data delivery and assist on work deliverables related to production post live events/shoots.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services or solutions within existing accounts to maximize revenue and enhance client relationships.
- Manage social media platforms communities and moderation assigned.
- Regularly create client reports as mandated by them.
- Lead and mentor junior account executives or social content coordinators, if any.
- Foster a spirit of accountability, creativity, and urgency within the internal team.
- Undertake administrative tasks including pre and post-production alignment for and from execution to delivery.
- Arrange and attend meetings, take notes, and share contact reports.
- Assist in pitches, along with other agency colleagues, with the aim of securing new business for the agency as and when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Previous account management experience of a minimum 02 years.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant experience with pre and post-productions.
