Are you a sales professional with a passion for closing deals and driving revenue growth? We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Closer to join our team in the US market.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to leverage their exceptional communication and negotiation skills to convert qualified leads into long-term clients. As a Sales Closer, you will work closely with our pre-sales and lead generation team to conduct product demos, negotiate deals, and close contracts for our software development and digital services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Meetings: Conduct virtual sales meetings with warm leads provided by the marketing and SDR teams to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Presentation Skills: Deliver persuasive product/service demos and confidently handle objections to drive the negotiation process forward.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Prepare proposals, negotiate deals effectively, and close contracts to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to boost retention and referrals.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare reports on sales statistics, rates, and performance levels to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Closer or similar role, preferably in the US tech or software services market.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with ability to work US business hours.
  • Candidate Profile: Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Software Expertise: Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and experience selling mobile apps, web development, or custom software solutions.
  • Sales Models: Prior exposure to outbound or consultative sales models.
