Department & Function: Sales and Distribution
- We are seeking a results-driven Channel Performance Manager to lead our sales analysis initiatives, drive digital transformation projects, and implement business intelligence tools for the sales team.
- This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interpret data visualization reports to identify areas of improvement.
- Conduct in-depth sales trend analysis to diagnose weak areas and develop strategies for improvement.
- Steer and implement digital transformation projects across the Sales and Distribution department.
- Develop and maintain user-friendly BI tools for sales performance tracking at various levels.
- Monitor channel partner activities, assess their performance, and provide constructive feedback for growth.
- Highlight areas of improvement for enhanced management and decision-making capabilities.
- Manage monthly PBC and promotions calculations, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
- Analyze franchise ROI and identify support gaps to optimize performance.
- Implement actions on Grey Channel and maintain accurate retail database management.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies for data sharing and compliance purposes.
- Design performance dashboards for marketing, engineering, and sales KPIs in coordination with IT and DT teams.
