B2B Channel Manager
This role involves driving business growth by developing and executing effective channel strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to ensure successful outcomes.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of B2B channel planning and management. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills are required, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
You will be responsible for defining channel performance targets and monitoring progress. Developing and managing commission structures and incentives for channel partners is also a critical component of this role.
Campaign design and management require creativity and analytical thinking. Plan, design, and execute channel-specific marketing campaigns to promote our products/services effectively.
Data analysis is an essential skill for this role. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities within the B2B channel. Make data-driven recommendations to optimize channel performance.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive presentations to senior management and stakeholders, providing insights, updates, and recommendations related to channel planning and performance.
Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key stakeholders. Foster collaboration and alignment with our business objectives.
Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track KPIs and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred. At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B channel planning, management, or related roles is ideal.
We seek individuals who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets is a must.
