Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain high-quality backend applications using Ruby on Rails.
  2. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  3. Analyze and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and scalability.
  4. Write clean, scalable, and testable code that meets industry standards.
  5. Identify and fix programming bugs efficiently.
  6. Utilize MySQL for database management and operations to ensure data integrity and security.
  7. Manage code repositories using GitHub and participate in regular code reviews to ensure best practices.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
  2. Approximately 2 years of experience in Ruby on Rails development, including experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration.
  3. Proficiency with MySQL and relational database design to ensure efficient data management.
  4. Familiarity with GitHub for version control to collaborate effectively with team members.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
