We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our students worldwide, providing exceptional support through digital channels and ensuring outstanding learning experiences for our global student community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming inquiries via email, live chat, WhatsApp, and phone from students globally
  • Assist with course enrollment, payment processing, and platform access issues
  • Guide students through our online learning management system and digital resources
  • Resolve technical issues and learning-related concerns promptly and effectively
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Commerce, Accounting, or related field preferred)
  • Fresh graduates to 6 months of experience in customer service or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to handle diverse international student personalities
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite and willingness to learn CRM and LMS platforms
  • Familiarity with online communication tools (email, chat, video calls)
  • Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for learning and professional growth in online education
  • Digital Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple online channels
  • Customer Focus: Genuine commitment to supporting online learners and their educational journey
