Job Title: Educational Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Educational Support Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will play a pivotal role in providing academic guidance and support to our learners through our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and email correspondence.

You will be instrumental in helping our learners achieve their academic goals, and your exceptional communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our team members and learners alike.

Responsibilities
  • Provide academic support and guidance to learners through our VLE and email correspondence.
  • Work closely with our team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to engage learners and enhance their academic experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Business Studies, Economics, or any related business field (BSBA).
  • Strong work ethic encompassing honesty, punctuality, ownership, mutual respect, and dedication.
  • Excellent command of the English language with superior communication skills.
  • A passion for education and continuous learning.
  • Outstanding research skills with a knack for finding solutions and information.
