Job Title: IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to oversee and manage our technology infrastructure, ERP system, and web development activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and optimize our Odoo ERP for seamless integration across departments.
  • Customize and integrate third-party plugins to ensure data accuracy and functionality.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of web-based applications and our company website.
  • Implement eCommerce integrations to streamline business operations.
  • Develop advanced website features and ensure high performance, scalability, and security.
  • Set up, manage, and secure cloud-based web servers.
  • Oversee office IT infrastructure, including network setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Implement cloud-based solutions to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure the availability and reliability of cloud services and applications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT management, software development, or a similar technical role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, Next.js, WooCommerce, and Shopify integrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud-based web server management.
  • Solid understanding of office networking, IT security, and infrastructure best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
